Dear Amazon,
I have purchased ink and toner from you before and have been quite satisfied with my purchases, but in this instance I feel greatly deceived, the HP products were advertised as twin packs. I was expecting to receive two HP 56 ink cartridges in a carton as depicted from your website.
I purchased 5(five) twin packs and feel cheated to find 10 cartridges in a large plastic bag and no HP packaging carton. Had I known this is what I was buying I would NOT have placed an order.
I am annoyed now because I have to spend money returning these cartons and you are not going to reimburse me my expenses.
At least I know to be very wary of your products, nonetheless I am happy with the twin packs (plus HP cartons) for HP 21 ink cartridges and the Canon combo packs.

As expected from Amazon, the Ink Cartridges were received in a timely manner and arrived in excellent condition.

I needed new HP 56 cartridges for my OfficeJet 5610 as I found my old saved cartridges had been empty too long to being able to accept refills. I saw the listing on Amazon for this twin pack with an unbeatable price. I had assumed it was a 'special version' of the 56 cartridge because the graphics on the packaging is different from retail stores thinking it might be required in order to justify the price point, but with free shipping I decided to take a chance. I am not a print output expert but for routine office applications, you cannot beat this deal with the free shipping. How is it that Amazon can sell the same product cheaper than HP or any of the other stores? Why shop anywhere else if I can get it cheaper at Amazon with free shipping.
